For an order, payment, delivery, return, warranty or product-safety issue, contact the retailer that accepted the order. NippyPet is a comparison service and does not take payment, dispatch goods or manage retailer accounts.

A verified email address or other accessible contact method has not yet been approved for publication. The operator must add that channel here before launch, including a route for privacy-rights requests, complaints, corrections and accessibility feedback.

Until then, please do not send personal or sensitive information to guessed email addresses or through retailer channels on NippyPet’s behalf.

Once the contact channel is published, include the page address, product or retailer concerned and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, veterinary records or unnecessary identity documents.
